The monograph outlines the theoretical and regulatory framework of the freedom of assembly of the countries of the post-Soviet space, the general and special features of the constitutional legal regulation of public events in the countries of the former USSR. Based on the positive experience of regulating freedom of assembly in neighboring states, ways to improve domestic legislation on public events are proposed.
