Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation: the implementation of human rights function

This study is devoted to one of the most important functions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation - human rights. The activities of the domestic body of judicial constitutional control are considered by the author through the prism of interaction with other courts in the field of protecting the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Particular attention is paid to determining the criteria for the effectiveness of the human rights function by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the improvement of the mechanisms of execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court.
