The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the legal content of land relations as a subject of constitutional legal regulation. The legal prerequisites for the inclusion of land relations in the subject of regulation of constitutional law are determined, their place and role are explained in the system of constitutional provisions. A legal analysis of the provisions of the Constitution of Russia regulating land relations is carried out, their potential for the formation and development of industry land legislation is determined, constitutional and legal status and constitutional legal personality of public authorities and citizens as participants in land relations are being investigated.
