The collective monograph, devoted to the problems of constitutionalism in various dimensions, from philosophical and legal to economic, fell on the basis of the reports and speech of participants in the scientific conference on constitutional law organized by the Law Faculty of the St. Petersburg branch of the Higher School in June 2019.

The authors are united in the opinion that modern constitutionalism needs a thorough analysis and study, since in recent years many of its topics have undergone rethinking due to new political, value, socio- economic challenges and transformations. The discussions about the most important philosophical and legal, institutional, methodological problems of law in general and constitutional law in particular acquire special relevance due to amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation
