The book conducted a detailed study of the conflict of interests in civil law. The author offers a view of a conflict of interests as a system -forming factor that affects civil law institutions and changes the direct effect of legal norms.
At the same time, a conflict of interest is considered as a natural and legitimate state, immanently inherent in most legal relations, and acts as the basis for the legal regulation of different types of transactions and managerial decisions.
