Conflict communication in the aspect of judicial linguistics

The monograph considers the essence of conflict communication associated with speech aggression, enmity, hatred, insult, humiliation of honor and dignity of man and is an object of judicial linguistics. A number of controversial and not yet solved problems of forensic linguistic examination were considered, an overview of the offenses that form a circle of crimes against the individual, the repertoire of formal, semantic and pragmatic means of conflict communication, the techniques and linguistic techniques of the conflict have been identified. The methodology for studying conflict communication in judicial linguistics is analyzed, expert plots are described.
