The monograph is devoted to the scientific and applied problems of the formation of the optimal model of the adversarial civil process. corresponding to the principles of the legal social state. The influence of constitutional norms on the legal and social state on the interpretation, application and development of the provisions of Art. 123 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the relevant provisions of civil procedural legislation on the implementation of legal proceedings on the basis of adversarial and equal rights of the parties. The issues of providing conditions for real procedural equal rights of the parties and equalizing their procedural capabilities are investigated in the adversarial civil process.
