The book in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation sets out the features and problems of legal regulation of labor relations of teachers of organizations engaged in educational activities to implement educational programs of higher education and additional professional programs. Based on the practice of applying the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, urgent problems related to the competition, acceptance, transfer and dismissal of teachers are revealed.
