The monograph has developed a methodological basis for building a comparative block in the science system of constitutional law, taking into account the specifics of the subject and tasks of this scientific discipline. The main attention in the work is paid to the meanings and rules of using the comparative method, ensuring the increment of reliable scientific knowledge about the essence, content, substantiation and features of the functioning of the constitutional and legal institutions of various legal orders. From a theoretical point of view, work serves to promote the methodological component of the epistemology of constitutional law, the development of comparative constitutional legal studies. In the application of the work, the procedure for using the comparative method in constitutional legal studies of various targeted orientations is revealed and the final general design of the comparative method in the science of constitutional law is presented, which reveals the main message of the involvement of this method-the development of constitutional and legal ideas, institutions and practices in all their real diversity.
