Comparative law in the 21st century, as in the previous century, continues to be one of the most popular methodological platforms and systems of scientific knowledge.
By this period of time, comparative law is also one of the theoretically data and functionally directed academic disciplines. It is one of the basic (generally binding) part of the professional cycle of the main educational program of the Federal State Educational Standard of VPO in the direction of preparation "Jurisprudence" (qualification (degree) - "master")
The presented study at the doctrinal level of systematization of scientific material presents the author’s authentic approaches to problems such as:
- ontological and temporal assessment of comparative law as a worldview system,
- objects and levels of comparative analysis, < Br />- ideological and regulatory foundations of legal systems,
- the formation of a legal map of the world in the context of globalization.
This monograph is addressed to scientific and pedagogical workers, graduate students and students of humanitarian universities, as well as to everyone who is interested in the problems of social comparative studies.
The publication was prepared according to the state of the legislation for February 2012
