The monograph discusses issues related to the civil circulation of rights to copyright objects. A new classification of copyright objects is proposed in order to determine their clear criteria. The author also notes that the active use of copyright objects in many areas of life necessitates the development of new approaches to the legal regulation of copyright objects and their commercial use.
