The first part of the textbook covers the general provisions on commercial (entrepreneurial) law, its concept, history and sources, the legal status of entrepreneurs, their rights and obligations, state regulation of entrepreneurship, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs and a number of other issues.
