Annotation to the book "Comments on the Housing Code of the Russian Federation (Handy)"
The book contains a trustee of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and is the fourth, processed and supplemented publication, designed to give answers to questions that arise among participants in housing relations and specialists practicing in the field of application of current housing legislation. The comments take into account all the latest changes and additions made by the legislator both to the Housing Code itself (federal laws No. 395-ФЗ, 401-ФЗ and 417-ФЗ), and to the omjection regulatory legal acts developing it.
