Commentary on the new law "on citizens of gardening and gardening"

This commentary is dedicated to the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 217-ФЗ “On Citizens of gardening and gardening for their own needs and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”, the provisions of which affect a significant part of the population of the Russian Federation.
The comments discuss the features of the new legal regulation in the field of citizens of gardening and gardening, the comparative legal analysis of this law and the previously existing provisions of the Federal Law of April 15, 1998 No. 66-ФЗ “On Horticultural, Garden and Dachas Non-Profit associations of citizens. The comment was prepared taking into account previously formed in the framework of relations on the conduct of gardening and gardening of law enforcement and judicial practice.
