Commentary on the legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries

The scientific and practical commentary of the current legislation on notaries includes the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries, as well as used in practical notarial activities of Art. 61, 186, ch. 37 Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, Art. 69, 161 of the APC of the Russian Federation, the rules of notarial office work and the recently adopted regulations by notaries of notarial actions, establishing the amount of information necessary for a notary for notarial actions, and a way to fix it.
The authors of the commentary are notaries of the Moscow, St. Petersburg Chambers, the notarial chamber of the Sverdlovsk region, combining practical activities with teaching, as well as scientists from Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, the Higher School of Economics, Urguu, and the FEU. The relevant articles were commented by the current officials of consular institutions.
