This publication contains a brief post commentary on the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the purpose of which is to reflect the main changes and the controversial moments of its practical application.
In connection with the Covid-19 virus appeared, most organizations were forced to transfer employees to remote operation, which contributed to the emergence of additions to chapter 491 of the Labor Code. The sixth edition of the commentary includes changes related to the introduction of electronic work books, features of the conclusion of the employment contract, the regime of working time and rest, additional guarantees of wages. The introduction of measures related to the prevention of the spread of coronavirus infection has been taken into account.
The commented Labor Code of the Russian Federation is consistent with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the current legislation, as well as international standards in the field of labor.
The comments taken into account the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in terms of legal regulation of labor.
