In the commentary, the provisions of each article of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation are investigated and appropriate explanations are given for their correct interpretation and application, including with reference to other regulatory legal acts and to the legal positions of the courts of the Russian Federation, including the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. To resolve some controversial issues, the authors are given the necessary recommendations. The legislation is given as of August 2017. The comment is written for everyone who is interested in the application of housing legislation in the Russian Federation
