The sixth edition of the commentary on the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries was prepared taking into account the latest amendments and additions made by Federal Law of December 27, 2018 No. 528-ФЗ.
In detail all the rights and obligations of the notary, the status and powers of the federal notarial chamber and notarial chambers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as the issues of monitoring the Ministry of Justice of Russia, are considered. The norms, the commented foundations are analyzed in their relationship with the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, other legislative acts. The legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Russia, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and the Federal Notarial Chamber are given.
The book is addressed to notaries, their interns and assistants, officials performing notarial actions, notarial chambers, as well as students, graduate students and teachers of law universities and faculties
