The eighth publication of the comment was prepared taking into account the latest changes made by federal laws of 2021 No. 120-ФЗ, 143-ФЗ, 267-ФЗ, 343-ФЗ and 354-ФЗ, including in terms of creating and maintaining a register of orders for the abolition of powers, committed in simple written form, as well as notarial actions in connection with an increase in the authorized capital of an LLC in implementation of the convertible loan agreement.
The provisions of the Federal Law of December 27, 2019 No. 480-ФЗ (“Digital Notaries”) regarding the commission of notarial actions remotely, distance certificates of transactions with two or more notaries, etc. are analyzed. Orders of the Ministry of Justice of Russia implementing these innovations are given.
