The book discusses in detail the issues of development, preclinical and clinical research, examination, state
Registration, production, quality control, sale, use, storage and transportation of biomedical cell products (BMCP).
The norms of the commented law are analyzed in their relationship with the norms of federal laws "On the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation" and "On the circulation of medicines". A comparison was compared with the provisions of the EU "Directive on the establishment of quality and safety standards for donation, acquisition, control, processing, preservation, storage and distribution of human tissues and cells".
The book is intended primarily for law enforcement officers - persons of the BMCP circulation sphere. The book will also be useful to everyone who is interested in issues of legal regulation of this sphere in Russia
