On January 1, 2019, the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 NO 217 of the Federal Law “On the conduct of gardening and gardening by citizens for their own needs and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”. The law replaced the Federal Law of April 15, 1998 NO 66 of the Federal Law “On Horticultural, Ogorodniki and Country Non -Profit Associations of Citizens” for almost 20 years. The postal commentary on the new law on gardening and gardening was written by leading specialists in the field of law and contains clarifications on the application of the provisions of the law, the transition from previous legal forms of gardening and gardening to the fact that since 2019, answers to the questions are given to the commentary, set by gardeners in connection with the implementation of legislation, as well as by -laws adopted recently.
