This publication is a postal commentary on the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 No. 214-ФЗ “On participation in shared construction of apartment buildings and other real estate objects and on amendments to some legislative acts of the Russian Federation”.
The book also discusses the legal problems related to the implementation of the Housing Fund Renovation Program in the city of Moscow. The legal regime of a specialized non -profit organization - the Moscow Renovation Fund for residential development is analyzed. The law on the status of the capital provides for the payment of equivalent compensation in monetary form, both for residential premises and for non -residential premises in apartment buildings included in the decision on renovation. In addition, the law on the status of the capital provides for the seizure for state needs of premises in apartment buildings included in the decision on renovation owned by legal entities.
