The book has a postal commentary on the Federal Law of May 4, 2011 No. 99-ФЗ “On the Licensing of Certain Activities” as amended by the amendments, including Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 216-FZ. The regulation of the activities of licensing bodies, the types of licensed activities, the procedure for the provision and renewal of licenses, the organization and exercise of licensing control, the suspension procedure, termination and cancellation of the license, the procedure for the formation of state information resource, the formation and maintenance of the license register.
A comparative analysis was carried out with the provisions of the “predecessor”-the Federal Law of August 8, 2001 No. 128-ФЗ “On Licensing of certain types of activities”. The widest range of legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation was used.
The book is intended, first of all, for law enforcement officers and employees of organizations, individual entrepreneurs who are licenses and applicants of licenses, as well as officials of licensing bodies. The book will also be useful to everyone who is interested in the regulation of licensing of certain types of activities in Russia.
