In this work, a postal commentary on the text of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, taking into account changes and additions made from the moment the State Duma was adopted on November 22, 2011 to March 1, 2016
The authors sought to state their views taking into account the analysis investigative, prosecutor and judicial practice, decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation set forth in its decisions on criminal proceedings, as well as the legal positions of the ECHR. Along with the consideration of general issues, special attention is paid to the problems of applying the norms of criminal procedure legislation by military justice authorities.
Comment is of practical interest for officials of the bodies of inquiry, preliminary investigation, prosecutors, lawyers and judges, employees of other law enforcement agencies, and can also be used in the educational process when mastering the course of the Russian criminal process
