In this work, comments on all articles of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation are outlined in the system relationship.
Comment is based on the fundamental provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, universally recognized principles and norms of international law, legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the European Court of Human Rights, as well as on the modern achievements of science of criminal procedure law.
Comments on the articles that determine the activities of courts, bodies of the preliminary investigation, prosecutors, lawyers and other participants in criminal proceedings are based on federal laws and take into account legal and organizational and administrative documents (orders, instructions, etc) of the Ministry of Justice Russian Federation, Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The publication was prepared by professional lawyers - well -known scientists of the University of the Prosecutor"s Office of the Russian Federation and its branches: St. Petersburg Law Institute, the Irkutsk Law Institute, the Crimean Law Institute, the Kazan Law Institute.
