The role of the Constitution as a legal document is very great. The Constitution is the basis of the entire legislation of the country, the superzacon, which has the highest legal force. All other laws and by -laws must be adopted in strict accordance with the provisions. Violations of constitutional provisions are considered as very serious offenses.
