Commentary on the Constitution of the Russian Federation (Treat)

On March 14, 2020, the Law of the Russian Federation on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation “On improving the regulation of certain issues of the organization and functioning of public authorities”, which secured large -scale changes in our basic law. As a result, the guarantees of the rights and freedoms of citizens, the social orientation of the Russian state and its sovereignty were strengthened, the democratic principles of public administration have been expanded.
The commentary serves the goals of the constitutional legal education, its key task is to clarify the meaning and content of the provisions of the updated Constitution of Russia.
