In the commentary on the basis of the analysis of the norms of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, judicial practice and doctrinal provisions, the author’s approaches to the interpretation and uniform application of the provisions of each article are stated, measures are proposed to eliminate the identified problems and recommendations for the correct and timely consideration and resolution of civil cases, strengthen the legality and law and order , the formation of a respectful attitude to the law and the court.
Commenting on the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, the author proceeded from the need to increase the efficiency and establish justice of judicial protection and justice in the Russian Federation.
The author hopes that this work will contribute to the operational, independent, professional resolution of disputes, other social conflicts and the adoption of legal, reasonable and fair judicial decisions.
