Commentary on the basics of the law. RF on notaries

The fifth edition of the commentary on the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries was prepared taking into account the latest changes and additions made by Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 338-ФЗ. All the rights and obligations of the notary, the status and powers of the federal notarial chamber and notarial chambers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as the issues of monitoring the Ministry of Justice of Russia, are considered in detail. The norms of the commented foundations are analyzed in their relationship with the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, other legislative acts. The legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Russia, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and the Federal Notarial Chamber are given.
