In this issue of annual commentary on the basis of generalizing certain categories of cases and the analysis of specific disputes, resolved by the courts of general jurisdiction, topical issues of the application of civil, family, labor, land and agricultural legislation, the legislation on civil and administrative proceedings, notaries, criminal and criminal -Procedure legislation.
In particular, questions are investigated about how to distribute the burden of proof in disputes about the presence of a quorum during the general meetings of members of the property owners of real estate, how average earnings should be calculated, under what conditions it is possible to maintain agricultural animals on land plots. Approaches to the resolution of disputes related to the procedure for depriving the degree for plagiarism in the dissertation are shown, procedural issues arising from cases on the recovery of the rent, determined using the cadastral value of the real estate object, the ratio of valuation, land management, construction and technical examinations in terms of determining The market value of the evaluation object, the conditions for the use of video conferences in the civil process, the implementation of new possibilities for protecting the subsistence minimum of the debtor-citizen and its dependents, the procedure for performing notarial actions, the subject of which is real estate, if there are discrepancies in information about this property in the USRN.
