The study is devoted to the issues of conflict of legal regulation. Based on the normative material and data of judicial practice, it formulates the basic rules for the resolution of legal conflicts: between the norms of different legal force, between the norms of equal legal force, between the norms adopted at different times. The nature of the interaction of individual conflict rules is determined.
