Collisions regulation of non-contractual relationships in private international law. Monograph

This monograph is the first theoretical study of the conflict issues of the non -contractual obligations of the theoretical level both in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The work highlights issues related to the comprehensive study of certain varieties of non -contractual cross -border obligations. The conflict-legal regulation of tort legal relations, relations arising from unjust enrichment, unscrupulous competition, as well as due to deficiencies of goods, works or services, is investigated. A comprehensive analysis of the legislation of different countries was carried out in the field of legal regulation of non -contractual obligations of a cross -border nature. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan in this area. The book contains fundamentally important proposals for the improvement of the Civil Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
