Collection of documents of the Supreme and Constitutional Courts of the Russian Federation on criminal cases

The collection includes the most relevant applicable decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for the period from 1929 to 2022, containing clarifications on the application of the norms of material and procedural criminal legislation, as well as in the field of operational-search activities, with amendments and additions in accordance with the legislation.
