Classics of entrepreneurial law

The project of M.V. Lomonosov “Classics of Entrepreneurial Law” presented to the reader’s attention sets its purpose to revive the traditions of entrepreneurial law by reproducing the work of pre -revolutionary authors, which will expand the capabilities of scientists and students to access the unique doctrinal developments of the past.
This project is designed for several stages. The first to present publications in which the existence of entrepreneurial law is substantiated, its subject, content, main institutions by the authors, which stood at the very origins of the allocation of entrepreneurial law as such are justified.
The book is addressed to a wide range of readers interested in the problems of the emergence and development of basic entrepreneurial law institutions, including scientists, graduate students, and undergraduates of legal and economic universities.
