The training manual briefly analyzes the main institutions of Russian legislation on public service and public servants. The main issues of the civil service were considered taking into account both the administrative law of the subscriptions (elements) of the rights of public service (or official law), and the latest legislation, the norms of which are very fully regulated by the relations arising from the construction of the system and types of public service, as well as during the implementation of the implementation administrative and legal status of civil servants. The principles of public service, the structure of the legal status of a public servant and the process of passing public service are described. A discussion is briefly presented about the current state of Russia"s official law.
