Civil regulation of the relations of the development of land in the Russian Federation

This monograph is devoted to a comprehensive and comprehensive study of civil regulation of relations for the development of land plots. An analysis of the regulation of identical relations in modern European states, which are part of the continental legal family (Germany, France, Italy, Estonia, Switzerland, Austria and Ukraine), and the historical experience of the domestic legislator was carried out. Dependencies arising between the possibility of the construction of the buildings and the right of the subject to the land plot were revealed. Legal regimes of buildings built in the exercise of the right to build, which allowed us to take a different look at the significance of the act of state registration of the right to real estate and the moment the structure of civil rights as an object of civil rights were subject to study.
