The textbook is written on the basis of an updated curriculum in the discipline "Civil process" for students of law universities and faculties. In it, in accordance with the system of current procedural legislation, taking into account the provisions of the procedural reform, judicial practice and procedural legal concepts, all institutions of the industry of civil procedural law are highlighted. In connection with the action of the Code of Administrative proceedings - production arising from public relations, is currently an independent academic discipline - "administrative legal proceedings", therefore the theoretical presentation of the material on the aforementioned discipline has not been included in this textbook.
The textbook in an accessible form sets out the problems of science of civil procedural law, as well as the modern approaches of lawyers to the issues.
The educational material corresponds to the Federal State Educational Standard in the latter generation.
The publication is intended for students of higher educational institutions. It will be also useful for graduate students and teachers of law universities and faculties, including practicing lawyers
