This publication contains relevant editions of the civil procedural codes of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The second volume provides civil procedural codes of Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
For more than the 20-year existence of independent states constituting the CIS, civil procedural legislation did not stand still, it changed and improved. Comparative law in the field of the civil process is one of the most popular sciences in the field of legislative, law enforcement, as well as the activities of international organizations. The compilers of the book hope that readers, using elements of comparative law, will be able to form their own opinion about the features of the civil process in states in the post -Soviet space.
