The monograph is a comprehensive study of the issues of civil protection of the interest of the debtor as a part of an obligatory attitude. This work considers urgent problems regarding the establishment of the essence of the interest of the debtor in the obligation, the application of civil law means of protection and ensuring such interest, the nature of the debtor"s interest in the obligation is investigated.
The new aspects of the phenomenon of legal protection of interest are considered from the standpoint of changes in civil law in this area. The concepts of the objective interest of the debtor in the obligation and the protected interest of the debtor have been investigated, their characteristic as an objective phenomenon is given, the concept of legal means of protection and ensuring the interest of the debtor is considered, their classification was proposed. In the work, the features of the application of civil law enforcement agencies are identified as participants in the obligation relations, as well as insolvent debtors-citizens
