Civil legal protection of public interests

In the monograph, the protection of public interests is investigated as a special direction of civil law on property and personal non-property relations. The laws of the evolution of civil law regulation are revealed, which allow us to explain objective determinism and substantiate the need and the possibility of civil protection of public interests. The reflection in the current civil legislation of the category of public interest determined the need for theoretical understanding of the volume and content of its concept, as well as the implementation of the scientifically based classification of public interests. The unity and systemic nature of the civil approach to the protection of public interests are revealed, found in the norms of its various institutions.
