This notebook No. 6 is part of the ongoing educational and methodological manual “Civil law. Part II. Workbook ”and intended for seminars at the“ Civil Law ”rate in the third year. The notebook is prepared on the basis of modern adult teaching techniques based on their own experience and using mnemonics techniques to improve the process of memorizing the material. The notebook is designed to create an educational environment for the formation of knowledge and skills required for a graduate of a higher educational institution in the specialty Jurisprudence in the field of civil law. It contains tasks of various levels of complexity, designed for execution under the guidance of the teacher and for the independent work of students. The use of a workbook in the educational process will allow us to form a systemic idea of civil law among students. The NO 6 notebook contains four topics: “obligations from the agreements of the order, commission, agency agreement”, “obligations from the trust management agreement”, “obligations from the agreement of simple partnerships (on joint activities)”, “obligations to acquire and use exclusive rights ( obligations from an author’s order agreement, an agreement on the alienation of exclusive law, licensing agreements, commercial concession agreements) ”, which corresponds to the curriculum of this course approved at the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. A workbook can be used as an independent educational and methodological manual for seminars, as additional educational material, along with a workshop on civil law and as a manual for self-training.
