This textbook was prepared by the copyright team of the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov on the basis of the program of civil law, which was developed by him, fully complies with the state educational standard of higher legal education in under the undergraduate. The textbook consists of four volumes, the content of each of which corresponds to the educational material studied during one of the four semesters, traditionally diverted by the educational standard and the curriculum to study the course of civil law in a legal university. The first volume covers the institutions of the general part of civil law - the concept and sources of civil law, the doctrine of civil legal relations (including the legal status of civil law entities and the legal regime of its objects), as well as the legal facts of civil law, the exercise and protection of civil rights. In the second volume, property law and inheritance law are considered, as well as intellectual rights and personal non -property rights. The third and fourth volumes of the textbook are devoted to obligatory law. The content of the textbook takes into account changes in the current civil law and the practice of its application as of January 1, 2019, including the results of the reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation 2012-2017. It uses a wide range of modern and classical domestic and foreign literature on civil law. Each chapter ends with a list of additional literature recommended for an in -depth study of the corresponding topic of civil law.
