This textbook is a processed and supplemented fifth edition of a two-volume textbook (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th editions, respectively, respectively in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2021), prepared taking into account changes in the legislation and the practice of its application , which occurred after 2021
The textbook contains material necessary for students of legal higher educational institutions to study civil law. T. 1 sets out the general part of the course of civil law (the subject and method of the relevant industry, the principles of civil law, sources, legal relations, persons participating in civil legal relations, etc), and also characterized by such subwriters of civil law as property law , the right of intellectual property, inheritance law. Volume 2 is devoted to the characteristics of obligations (general provisions on obligations, certain types of contractual and non -contractual obligations)
