This textbook is a processed and supplemented fourth edition of a two-volume textbook (1st, 2nd and 3rd editions are published, respectively, in 2016, 2017 and 2018), prepared taking into account changes in the legislation and practice of its application that occurred after 2018.
The textbook contains material necessary for students of legal higher educational institutions to study civil law. T. 1 sets out the general part of the course of civil law (the subject and method of the relevant industry, the principles of civil law, sources, legal relations, persons participating in civil legal relations, etc), and also characterized such subwriters of civil law as property law , the right of intellectual property, inheritance law. Volume 2 is devoted to the characteristics of obligations (general provisions on obligations, certain types of contractual and non -contractual obligations)
