Civil law support of entrepreneurship in Russia

The book presents the author’s concept of legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity. The analysis of existing approaches in this area was carried out, the advantages of the chosen concept were substantiated, and cultural-historical and socio-economic conditions for the development of domestic entrepreneurial law are set out. The author clarifies the principles of entrepreneurial law, offers measures to improve the interaction of authorities and the entrepreneurial community, ensure competition, and protect entrepreneurs.
