This notebook No. 2 is the second part of the ongoing educational and methodological manual "Civil law. Part II "and intended for seminars at the course" Civil Law ". The notebook is designed for the use of academic discipline in the third year during the second month. The notebook is prepared on the basis of modern adult teaching techniques based on their own experience and using mnemonics techniques to improve the process of memorizing the material. The notebook is designed to create an educational environment for the formation of knowledge and skills required for a graduate of a higher educational institution in the specialty of "jurisprudence" in the field of civil law. The notebook contains tasks of various levels of complexity, designed for execution under the guidance of the teacher and for the independent work of students. The use of a workbook in the educational process will allow us to form a systemic idea of civil law among students. Notebook No. 2 contains three topics: "fulfillment of an obligation", "ensuring the fulfillment of an obligation", "responsibility for failure to fulfill (improper performance) of an obligation", which corresponds to the curriculum of this course approved at the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
