This notebook No. 1 is the first part of the ongoing educational and methodological manual "Civil law. Part I "and is intended for seminars at the course" Civil Law ". The notebook is designed for the use of academic discipline in the first year in the second year. It is prepared on the basis of modern adult teaching methods based on their own experience, using mnemonics techniques to improve the process of memorizing material and is designed to create an educational environment for the formation of knowledge and skills required for a graduate of a higher educational institution in the specialty of “jurisprudence "in the field of civil law. The notebook contains tasks of various levels of complexity, designed for execution under the guidance of the teacher and for the independent work of students. Notebook No. 1 contains the first three topics of the course, which corresponds to the curriculum of this course approved at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
