This notebook No. 7 is a seventh part of the ongoing educational and methodological manual "Civil law. Part I "and is intended for seminars at the course" Civil Law ". The notebook is designed for the use of the academic discipline in the second year under the undergraduate program within the sixth month of study. The notebook is prepared on the basis of modern adult teaching techniques based on their own experience and using mnemonics techniques to improve the process of memorizing the material. The notebook is designed to create an educational environment for the formation of knowledge and skills required for a graduate of a higher educational institution in the specialty of "jurisprudence" in the field of civil law. The notebook contains tasks of various levels of complexity, designed for execution under the guidance of the teacher and for the independent work of students. The use of a workbook in the educational process will allow us to form a systemic idea of civil law among students.
NO 7 notebook contains four topics: "General provisions on inheritance", "grounds of inheritance", "acceptance of inheritance", "inheritance of certain types of property", provided for students to study in the second year by the educational program under civil law approved for Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
A workbook can be used as an independent educational and methodological manual for seminars, as additional educational material, along with a workshop on civil law and as a manual for self-training.
