This notebook No. 7 is a seventh part of the ongoing educational and methodological manual "Civil law. Part I "and is intended for seminars at the course" Civil Law ". The notebook is designed for the use of the academic discipline in the second year under the undergraduate program within the sixth month of study. The notebook is prepared on the basis of modern adult teaching techniques based on their own experience and using mnemonics techniques to improve the process of memorizing the material.
