The content of the training manual covers all the main topics of the Civil Law of the Russian Federation and is fully complies with the requirements of the state standard of higher legal education, as well as the curriculum and program of this discipline, developed by the Department of International Private and Civil Law and approved by the International Law Faculty of MGIMO (U) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia . The presentation of the course was systematized in two sections in accordance with the structure of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: section 1 "General part" (General provisions of civil law, property law and general provisions on obligations and agreement) and section 2 "Special Part" (certain types of obligations, hereditary law and the rights to the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization).
