This textbook was prepared by the copyright team of the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov on the basis of the program of civil law, which has developed by him, complies with the state educational standard of higher legal education according to undergraduate.
The textbook consists of four volumes, the content of each of which corresponds to the educational material studied during one of the four semesters, traditionally from the educational standard and the curriculum to study the course of civil law at a legal university.
In the first volume, the provisions of a common part of civil law are considered, in the second volume - property law, inheritance law, intellectual and personal non -property rights. In this, third, volume, general provisions on obligations and contracts are covered, as well as obligations arising from contracts for transferring things to property or use. The fourth volume of the textbook completes the presentation of certain types of contractual and non -contractual obligations.
The textbook content takes into account changes in the current civil law and the practice of its application as of June 1, 2020, including the results of the reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (2012–2017) It uses a wide circle with temporary and classical domestic and foreign literature on civil law. Each chapter ends with a list of additional literature recommended for an in -depth study of the corresponding topic of civil law.
For students of the undergraduate of law universities and faculties. The textbook can also be used by persons studying in the magistracy and graduate school in the programs and areas of civil law profile, university teachers of civil law and practicing lawyers.
